Nutrition

I want to start by saying that I’m not a Nutritionist or Naturopath, but I love everything about Nutrition.

I love reading articles about food and what to eat to stay healthy. My YouTube is filled with videos about nutrition and scientists who talk about what is safe to eat and what’s not.

Food is where everything starts. Food is our fuel and our medicine.
But it can also be our poison.
Have you ever heard the expression 80% is diet and 20% is physical activity?

Well that’s absolutely true! If you want to see real results you need to start by changing your diet, and I’m not just talking about counting calories, I’m talking about choosing the right ingredients to sustain your daily activities and to live a better life today and tomorrow.
If you eat well you will feel good and happy, if you eat well you will have the energy to get through your day and if you eat well you’ll decrease your risk of disease.

So what are you waiting for?
I will be super happy to help you with your new training journey, with healthy food advice for sustainable results.

my diet?

Well, is good now!
Before I started my training I didn’t know what to eat and or how much to eat. I wasn’t born with a 6 pack like my sister (hahaha). I had to work to get where I am now, and like many of you, I thought that the most important part on losing weight was focusing on training. Well I was wrong!

And like many of us, I had my up and downs with my diet, I think it’s the hardest relationship that I have ever had, and will always have … I love Sugar!
My favourite thing in the world is Ice Cream. If it was my last day on Earth that is what I would eat, all day long. (hahaha)
Let’s start with my origin, I’m Italian and food, as everyone knows, food is the most important part of our culture, I love food and not just for the taste but for what it brings to life, it brings joy, friends, family, and events of every kind. So I won’t be here to tell to you not to eat something, I want to be here to help you to do it in moderation. Exactly how I do it.

I have had a lot of digestive issues in the past and I didn’t know what to do. I went to several doctors and specialists but my blood tests where perfect so I would be sent home with a bunch of medications and the hope that it would solve itself.

You know what solved it? - Food itself, but eating the ‘right’ foods!
I’ve learnt how to eat, when to eat and what to eat and I have never felt better.
I’m full of energy, I’m happy and I’m not craving sugar as much anymore.

I’m not perfect and I don’t want to be. I want to enjoy life with food, training, healthy habits and a Ice Cream every now and then. Balance is the key guys!!!
