my story…
It all began in 2017… When the “old” Me, the Me that wasn’t training, the Me that never had a massage, and the Me that went to the physio for the very first time.
I was just 19 years old and my back was so painful that I could barely move. After my first session I was told to start with Mobility and Weights training, and so I did. I was determent to fix my back and go back to my normal daily activities. I went to the gym for the first time and I didn’t know where to start, but from that moment, my life changed. I stared training regularly and started to get regular massages and I never felt better. I’ve loved it so much that I’ve decided to build a career around it.
my experience…
I studied in Australia for 5 years, and have: a Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness; a Diploma in Injury Prevention; a Cert IV in Massage Therapy; and a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy. I’ve worked in several gyms including: Speedo Fitness Club in Darlinghurst, Studio Athletica in Elizabeth Bay, and Zadi Training in Woolloomooloo. From there, I have finally taken my own path as a sole trader at Anytime Fitness Potts Point. At Anytime Fitness, I work as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Massage Therapist. I also work at Jackie’s Sports Massage in Darlinghurst as a Massage Therapist twice a week. Jackie’s Sports Massage is a clinic established 30 years ago and is one of the best therapists in Sydney.
