The participants won’t necessarily have the same workout even if they are part of the same group, as each individual has specific needs. The two groups are created to support and push each other despite of your fitness experience. Before you begin, enjoy a personalised 30-minute consultation, either over the phone or face-to-face at Anytime Fitness Potts Point.

Online or with PT Sessions:
Choose between a fully online experience or opt for weekly face-to-face Personal Training (PT) sessions with me.

Access your custom workout plan, detailed exercise videos, and explanations effortlessly through my mobile app. Stay motivated and injury-free with on-demand mobility and stretching workouts, ensuring a holistic approach to your fitness journey.

Week 1
Week 8

In the span of 8 weeks, challenge yourself with 4 days of strength and functional training, mix it up with 1 day of cardio activities such as running, biking, swimming, or fitness classes, and as I know that Cardio is always the most hated one I will let you choose the activity that you prefer. However, it is mandatory to complete a day of Cardio Training per week for the duration of the challenge. Complete daily goals, from steps, and protein intake to cooking your own meals, will keep you on track.
